Editorial
The current issue of the Journal of Anatomical Sciences has 32 peer-reviewed research articles that cut across different areas of Basic Medical Sciences, most especially Anatomical Sciences and the biography of our dear President-Professor Theresa B. Ekanem whose painful death is still being mourned by members of our March, 2021. society. We can only pray that God gives all members of our society, members of other academic and social groups she belongs as well as her family members the fortitude to bear the painful loss.
On behalf of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Anatomical Sciences, I say thank you to all the Authors who contributed their valuable research articles to the current issue. In the same vein I say a special thank you to our colleagues whose selfless services in reviewing our articles at short notices have made the publication of the current issue possible.
